Eat Like A Model: Tropical Smoothie

Every fortnight, we bring you a recipe from vegan model and food blogger Baya Kolrikova. This week - a smoothie packed with antioxidants and flavour!

Ingredients

1 banana - make sure it’s spotty and ripe
1 ripe mango
1/2 cup pineapple
Splash of water

Method
Mix all ingredients in the blender. Once it’s all fully blended, place the liquid into a container or cup and enjoy!
