Eat Like A Model: Buddha Bowl

In this tasty, bright main dish by Elite Model Look model Baya Kolarikova, you can use any vegetables and pulses that you enjoy eating and that makes you feel good. It's also a great way to use up leftover veggies you might have in the fridge!

Ingredients
Rice
Steamed broccoli
Chopped vegetables, pepper, green onion, carrot, etc
Sauerkraut
Leafy greens
Roasted chickpeas/tofu/tempeh
Hummus
Avocado
Sweet potato wedges
Sprouts
Seeds

Method
Place the leafy greens to the base of the bowl. Once cooked, add black rice to on top to one side of the bowl. Next - add  tomatoes, peppers, radish and your choice of vegetables to the bowl on top of the leafy greens, and finish with gold and black sesame seeds on top. Enjoy!
