Eat Like A Model: Black Bean Brownies

Every other week, we bring you a vegan recipe from Elite Model Look model Baya KolarikovaThis black bean brownie is a healthy, deceptive dessert, high in nutrient content, loaded with fibre and good-for-you ingredients. 

Ingredients 
1 can of black beans (drained)
1/2 cup of cacao powder
1/2 cup of your favourite sweetener
1tsp baking powder
1tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup of melted coconut oil
2 flax or chia eggs (2 tbsp ground flax/chia seeds mixed with 6 tbsp water)
chocolate chips or chopped nuts to add in

Method
Keeping the chocolate chips or chopped nuts aside, put all other ingredients into a blender. Once done, stir in choc-chips or nuts and pour into a baking dish for approximately 30 minutes on 180 degrees. After 30 minutes, let it cool and enjoy.
