Eat Like A Model: Avocado Toast

As a member of the plant family, avocado is highly nutritious and is becoming incredibly popular among models who want more goodness in their nutrition plan. Full of vitamins and high in nutritious fats, the avocado is a rich source of energy for vegans and meat eaters alike.

Follow this quick and easy recipe by Baya Kolrikova that takes very little time to prepare and can be eaten as a breakfast or mid-afternoon snack for any productive day on set. Enjoy!

Ingredients
1 slice of bread - your favourite sourdough, rye, or wholemeal
1 avocado
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon of chilli flakes
2 spring onions, chopped roughly

Method
Cut your avocado in half and carve out the flesh. Remove the avocado from outer skin and mash with a fork. Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper, spring onion and chilli flakes. Toast the bread to your liking and spread avocado evenly. Et voila!
